30 Day Easy Returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and sent back with the original packaging, tags and any accessories included. Our support team will guide you through each step. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Change of mind returns: If you ordered the wrong item, it does not fit, or you no longer want it, you will need to pay the actual cost of return postage. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
How to Return an Item
Get in touch: Email info@mesepa.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Pack your item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any paperwork.
Send it back: Post your return using the instructions in your return authorisation email. You may use the courier or shipping method suggested in that email.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return arrives, we will check it to confirm it meets our returns requirements.
Processing time: After approval, we will issue your refund. It usually takes up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, email info@mesepa.com and we will help you arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These will be clearly identified as non returnable on the relevant product pages.
